Meet Conny Millard
Conny is the founder of the Business Sanctuary™ and a bilingual performance coach who works with business leaders on strategic planning, goal setting and career progression. Before launching her agency, Conny spent 15 years in international, corporate sales and marketing management roles leading sales teams with a revenue responsibility of $65m.
Conny has a Marketing Diploma through Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), is certified in neuro-coaching through the NeuroLeadership Institute, is a certified Behavioural Analyst and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
A mentor and Board Advisor to Young Women in Business, Canada (YWiB), Conny has been an international business coach for entrepreneurs, emerging and business leaders for over a decade specializing in planning, revenue growth, sales, marketing and leadership skill development.
